Our goal is to provide quality child care in a safe, warm and loving environment. We embrace a holistic approach toward the education of your child through developmentally appropriate learning experiences. We believe it is imperative that all children have the opportunity to individually achieve their social, emotional, physical and intellectual potential. Most importantly, we believe learning should be FUN!
Day Care Enrollment
Our enrollment process is quick & easy!
Step 1. Take A Virtual Tour
Once you see our facilities, you’ll see why our kids love it here! You can now take a virtual tour of our day care center from anywhere!
Step 2. Download Enrollment Documents
The enrollment process begins by filling out a few standard documents. You can begin by downloading the forms below and review them carefully. Please complete the Physicians Statement before completing your enrollment at the center nearest you. Feel free to contact your center if you have any questions.
Step 3. Visit Your Center In Person
To complete your enrollment, we ask that you visit your center in person to meet the director and finalize paperwork. We look forward to your visit soon! Feel free to contact your center directly with any questions you may have.
Payment Information
Weekly Discount
Rocking Horse proudly offers a $5 discount for weekly tuition that is paid in full on Mondays!
Flexible Pay Schedules
Tuition can be paid weekly, biweekly or monthly; whichever is more convenient for you. Weekly payments are to be made by Monday each week and apply to the week ahead.
If a child attends 2 days or less, a daily rate is available. Weekly discount cannot be applied to daily rates. If the child does not attend for the whole week, tuition will not be charged.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept payments of Cash, Check or Money Order. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
Enrollment Fee
Rocking Horse has a one time per family enrollment fee of $40. Most day care facilities charge per child plus annual fees.
Safety & Security
We know that the safety of your child is very important to you. At Rocking Horse, we take every precaution to ensure your children, and our staff, are safe and secure at all times.
Pick Up & Drop Off
A representative is at the entrance at all times. Only those authorized to be on campus are allowed access. Valid photo identification is required to enter the facility, or pick up a child.
Highly Trained Staff
All of our pre-school teachers are TSR (Texas School Ready) Certified. We offer extensive interview process and a complete an FBI Fingerprint Background Check for every employee. Continuing education of 30 clock hours in Child Care Training is mandatory.
Clean Facilities
Rocking Horse uses hospital grade chemicals to clean our facilities. Professional exterminators inspect and clean our facilities monthly.
CPR & First Aid
Each Employee has been CPR & First Aid certified. Continued annual training is mandatory.
Safety Drills
We practice fire drills, severe weather drills and safety drills monthly and have an active emergency preparedness plan for each of our day care centers.
Secure Buildings
We have a monitored fire alarm & security system with security cameras throughout each facility.
Holiday Closings
Hours of Operation:
6:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, January through December.
